Dear Mr. Malone,
My father, Ted Brown who passed away in August of 2003, owned property at
120 and 124 South Main in Paris. At one time, Ted had expressed an interest in
donating this property to the City of Paris for a small 'pocket park'. Ted's estate
would like to now offer this property to the city. The taxes are current on both
adjacent propedies.
There are two considerations that the family would require:
1. We would like a plaque marking the park in memory of Ted N. Brown.
2. The city would provide the estate with a receipt for an agreed upon
value showing the properly had been donated to the city.
