3. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (November 5, 2013)
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Charles Trull to grant a
variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9- 601(1) Schedule minimum side
yards - Residential districts, Five (5) Feet Required in Each Side Yard. The variance is to
allow minimum of three (3) feet in the side yard, on Lot 3, Block C, of the Kaywood
Village Addition, being located at 50 S.W. 46th Street.
