Call meeting to order.
Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Approving and authorizing the award of a contract for medical, dental,
vision, life, and long-term disability for the employees and employee
dependents of the City of Paris.
B. Approving and authorizing Change Order No. 3 to contract for the 24"
RCCP Water Transmission Line.
C. Approving and authorizing Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement for
Engineering Services with BucherWillis & Ratliff Corporation for Water
Distribution System Improvements including water transmission lines,
water storage facilities, and system analysis studies.
D. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the title sheet for the Texas
Department of Transportation-funded Project to widen Lamar Avenue
between 20th Street N.E. and Collegiate Drive.
E. Authorizing the Mayor to execute a letter canceling the Agreement for
Application Services with Accela, Inc.
Consideration of and action on the appointment of an interim City Manager.
