deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
b) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or
deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body
has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have
locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and

industry on June 17, 2014

11. Discuss and possibly take action on outstanding balance of Invoice 9318 from
McClanahan and Holmes CPA's — Linda Kapp, CPA
12. Discuss and possibly take action on the PEDC line of credit with Capital One.
13. Discussion regarding ongoing PEDC investigation.
14. Discuss and possibly take action on Defenbaugh & Associates invoice for May,
2014 in the amount of $21,075.00.
