2. Discuss and possibly take action on Request for Qualifications pertaining to Legal
Services for the Paris EDC Board and Staff.
3. Discuss and possibly take action on appointing Interim Legal Counsel to complete
outstanding incentive agreements, etc.
4. Discuss and possibly take action on the status of Defenbaugh & Associates' final
report to the Paris EDC Board and any outstanding invoices.
5. Discuss and possibly take action on a land appraiser for Paris EDC lots on South
Church Street.
6. Discuss and possibly take action on the proposed PEDC Budget Amendments for
FY 2013 -14.
7. Discuss and possibly take action on the proposed PEDC Budget for FY 2014 -15.
8. Discuss and possibly take action on proposed amendments to the Paris EDC Bylaws
pertaining to legal counsel, signatories at depository, etc.
9. Discuss Public Information Request by Billie Suzanne `Sue' Lancaster dated
July 11, 2014, hand delivered to the Paris EDC requesting any and all information
sent to Defenbaugh & Associates from PEDC.
10. Adjourn.
