Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (July 1, 2014)
3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Beverly Mitchell to grant
a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -301 (2) which provides that the
"minimum lot depth in a Commercial District (C) be no less than 100 feet" this petition is
to allow a minimum lot depth of 91 feet, which is a 9 foot variance, on Lot 19, City Block
91, being located at 719 N.E. lst Street.
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition Brenda McBay on Lot 9,
City Block 46, being located at 223 N.W. 9`h Street.
A. To grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -201 (1) which provides
that the "minimum lot width in a Two - Family Dwelling District (217) be no less
than 60 feet" this petition is to allow a minimum lot width of 45 feet, which is a 15
foot variance.
B. To grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -601 (1) which provides
that the "minimum lot side yards in a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) be no less
than 5 feet" this petition is to allow a minimum lot side yard of 3 feet and 1 inch,
which is a 1 foot and 11 inch variance. This request is for the north side yard.
5. Adjournment.
