Morrell Place
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Provide an address and phone number for the Owner.
2. Provide a preliminary drainage plan per the Preliminary Plat Review Checklist.
3. Show all of the existing utilities, including the water and sewer lines just recently
installed.
4. Revise the lot numbers to Block A, Lots 1-4.
5. Remove the proposed culverts and entrances ITom the plat. They will need to be
approved when construction plans are submitted.
6. Provide utility easements for the water and sewer lines.
7. Show the current zoning.
8. Show existing fire hydrants.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
