Warren Addition, Lots 4, 5, 6, 18, 19, 20 and Part of Lots 3 and 17
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions anellor additions.

Provide an address and phone number for the owner.
Change lot 5 and 6 to 19 and 20 respectively.
Add a five-foot utility easement along Bonham Street.
Remove the fITst 3 from the title block.
The approval certificate needs to include part of lot 3 and 17 (it currently has lot 3
listed, but not 17).
In paragraph four ofthe field notes change the distance of 105.00 to 105.0!.
The owner must sign the final plat prior to it being filed for record.
Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County
Appraisal District.
Pay filling fees in the amount of$30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
