1. Call Meeting to Order — Stephen Grubbs, Chairman.
2. PEDC shall convene into a closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the
Texas Government Code to seek legal advice from its attorney regarding the preliminary
investigatory report by Defenbaugh & Associates, and Section 551.074 of the Texas
Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,
duties of the executive director, assistant director, and interim director.
3. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in
Executive Session.
4. Adjourn
