Extended Stay of Paris
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.

Provide an address and phone number for the owner.
The plat title shall be Extended Stay of Paris Block A, Lot 1 (CB 102).
Remove the word REPLAT from the title block.
Show lot 14-A that is mentioned in paragraph one of the field notes.
In paragraph five of the field notes change the degrees from 88 to 89.
In paragraph nine of the field notes change the degrees from 0 to 01.
Add a 20-foot utility easement along Lamar Avenue.
Provide a finished floor elevation for all structures (existing and proposed).
The owner must sign the final plat prior to it being filed for record.
Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County
Appraisal District.
Pay filling fees in the amount of$30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above iterns.
