City Engineer
FROM:
DATE:
May 3, 2004
SUBJECT:
City Block 119-A Lots 13A & 13B
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Provide a name for the subdivision.
2. Provide a contact person for Paris Living with address and phone number.
3. Revise the lot numbers to Block A, lots I and 2.
4. Dedicate a 5-foot utility easement along the frontage of 7th S.W. and Austin Streets.
5. Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) width for the alley to the north.
6. Show the current zoning.
7. Provide a to-foot utility easement on the East side of lot 13B in case lot 13A can't get
into the sewer line in 7th S.W.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
