I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions.
1. Show the adjacent subdivision owned by Quintana as Townwood Estates No. 3.
2. Show the TXDOT channel easement on Stillhouse creek (Vol. 354 Pg. 3,6,8,9)
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
