10 Revised Master Plat -Stone R MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: Revised Master Plat for Stone Ridge ..
I have reviewed the revised master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
revised master plat complies with the City of paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Revise the drainage plan to include proposed structure types and size.
2. Show where the off-site drainage is going.
3. Revise drainage area A-15.
4. Future development will require storm sewers to prevent the street from reaching
capacity. Revise the drainage plan to prevent water from flowing over the street curbs.
5. Resubmit the revised master plat on 24'x 36" size paper and at a 1" = 30' or 40' scale.
I recommend approval of the revised master plat upon completion of the above items.
