1. Call meeting to order.
2. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on the proposed FY 2004-2005
City Budget.
3. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on amendments to the proposed
FY 2004-2005 City Budget.
4. Consider additional dates for special City Council meetings for discussion
concerning FY 2004-2005 City Budget.
5. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Setting the date, time, and place for a public hearing on possible
amendments to the proposed fiscal year 2004-2005 City Budget.
6. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas
Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive advice of legal
counsel pertaining to pending or possible litigation and to receive advice of
legal counsel pursuant to the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas,
regarding the following matter:
A. Marieta B. Oglesby vs. The City of Paris, Cause No. 73003, 6t"
Judicial District Court, Lamar County, Texas.
7. Reconvene in Open Session to authorize further action on the part of the
City Attorney regarding those matters discussed in the Executive Session.
8 Discussion of potential future agenda items.

9. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff
pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081.
10. Adjournment.
