Item 2 Approval of the minutes from the September 10"', 2014 meeting.
Item 3 Review and acceptance of the Statement of Accounts from Frost Bank.
Item 4 Approval of the August 2014 Periodic Payment Register Report and
administration fees for Frost Bank.
Item 5 Review and acceptance of the Monthly Statement from TD Ameritrades.
Item 6 Update board on progress of funds transfer from Ascension to Westwood and take
action on any recommendations made by the board.
Item 7 Review and approve retirement benefits for Andy Jackson and Bret Holbert for 30
years of service to the department. Andy Jackson's retirement date will be Oct 10,
2014. Bret Holbert's retirement date will be November 4, 2014.
Item 8 Approve to pay Clinton Robinett's refund of contributions.
Item 9 Approve payment on any invoices due.
Item 10 Review all correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
