4. Interim Executive Director's Report:
• Update on Industry Appreciation Week 2014.
• Lamar County Coalition of Education, Business & Industry, Employer
Roundtable meeting, Friday, November 14, 2014 from 9 a.m. to noon.
• Status of EMS Station location in northwest part of Paris.
5. Discuss and possibly take action on Statement of Qualifications from local attorneys
to assist with legal issues pertaining to the PEDC organization.
6. Discuss and possibly take action on Lamar County Days in Austin on April 8 & 9,
2015.
7. Discuss and possibly take action on the proposed Plan of Work for FY 2014 -15.
8. Discuss and possibly take action on the Paris EDC Board reimbursing the City of
Paris for Paris EDC staff being employees with benefits, as is currently available.
9. Discuss and possibly take action on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
between Paris Junior College (PJC), Paris ISD (PISD) and the Paris EDC to
reimburse PJC WorkKeys testing fees for PISD High School Seniors, per the
Program of Work.
10. Discuss and possibly take action on having the Paris EDC website revised /updated.
11. Discuss and possibly take action on participating in the Texas Workforce
Commission High Demand Job Training Program through Workforce Solutions of
Northeast Texas.

12. Discuss and possibly take action on accessing the Sites on Texas information by
contract through the Ark -Tex Council of Governments.
13. Discuss and possibly take action regarding Defenbaugh & Associates' response
documents received from Jeff Moore, attorney, on October 31, 2014.
14. Discuss and possibly take action regarding the review, approval and execution of
any contracts and agreements entered into on behalf of the PEDC.
15. Discuss and possibly take action on addition to the PEDC policy manual of non -
solicitation clause for PEDC personnel — Rebecca Clifford
16. Discuss and possibly take action on invoice(s) for legal services from Jeff Moore,
Attorney, Brown & Hofineister, LLP
17. Discuss and possibly take action on requesting bids for mowing and shredding of
the Northwest Industrial Park for a 3 year period.
18. Discuss and possibly take action on continuing the PEDC Web Page on the Trade &
Industry Development website.
19. Convene into Executive Session:
a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and
deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
b) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or
deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body
has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have
locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and
with which the governmental body is conducting economic development
negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a
business prospect.
20. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in
Executive Session.
21. Adj ourn.
