Stephen Grubbs called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and welcomed those present.
Confirmed a quorum was present.
The Board convened into Executive Session at 1:32 p.m. Pursuant to Section 551.072 and
Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate on the following:
1. Pursuant to Section 551.072 — Real Property
2. Pursuant to Section 551.087 — Economic Development Negotiations
Don Wilson recused himself from HWH Discussion at 1:51 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 2:23 p.m.
The Board reconvened into open session. As a result of executive session discussion the
Board took no action
John Brockman made a motion to adjourn at 2:24 p.m.; seconded by Rebecca Clifford. Motion
Carried 4 -0.
