SUBJECT: PARIS CHURCH OF CHRIST ADDITION CB 296 FINAL PLAT
DATE: January 6, 2015
BACKGROUND: Paris Church of Christ owns Lot 5 of City Block 296 located at 3175 Lamar
Avenue. The property is currently zoned Planned Development District — a. Retail shopping
center (PD -a). The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat on a vote of 5 -0 on
January 5th. The Church has water and sewer service.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The church is proposing to add onto the back of the existing building.
The new building addition is approximately 1,200 square feet.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
