at 343 E. Hearon Street. The 0.3984 acre lot is zoned Multiple - Family Dwelling (MF -1). The
Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat by a vote of 5 -0 on January Stn
STATUS OF ISSUE: Habitat for Humanity is proposing to build a house on the property.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
