The City of Paris was awarded a $150,000 Texas Capital Fund grant which included an additional $45,000 match from the City, for a total grant amount of $195,000. This project is to replace the broken sidewalks on both sides of S. The Change order proposes to add an additional $12,958.00 to the contract and add an additional 50 working days. The additional time is due to the holidays and delays in receiving the street lights ordered by the City. The new construction contract amount would be $135,141.89 if approved. The overall project cost would be $194,930.27. BUDGET: This project will be funded from the $150,000 Texas Capital Fund Grant and $45,000 from the 2014 -2015 City of Paris budget.
