SUBJECT: PROJECT PEDAL ON — SAHIL PRAKASH

BACKGROUND: Mr. Sahil Prakash has been involved in bicycle activities for several years.
He currently is working on "Project Pedal On" to increase bike riding resources in our city.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Mr. Prakash would like to present his project to the City Council and
discuss how to utilize funds to build more bike lanes and bike racks. He would also like to
discuss connecting the trail and schools with bike lanes. He is currently working with Chief
Hundley on a bicycle reclamation project. He would also like to discuss a "bike to work" day.
