4. Interim Executive Director's Report:
• Status of the Texas Workforce Commission High Demand Job Training
Program through Workforce Solutions of Northeast Texas grant application.
• Update on Lamar County Days in Austin, April 7, 8 & 9, 2015.
• Industrial Managers Quarterly meeting on January 15, 2015 at noon.
• Status of 2014 Tax Abatement and Incentive Agreement Compliance.
5. Discuss and possibly take action on adopting the Audit for FY 2013 -14.
6. Discuss and possibly take action on quotes to perform mowing, herbicide
application and shredding /baling at the Northwest Industrial Park.
7. Discuss and possibly take action on 2015 Team Texas Membership Dues.
8. Discuss and possibly take action on attending the 2015 Texas Legislative
Conference sponsored by the Texas Economic Development Council in Austin,
February 24 -26, 2015.
9. Discuss and possibly take action on Lamar County Chamber of Commerce map ad
with Springhill Press.
10. Discuss and possibly take action on the proposed Plan of Work for FY 2014 -15 and
amendments to the PEDC Budget to fund the same.
11. Discuss and possibly take action on proposed amendment(s) to the Paris EDC
Bylaws pertaining to authorization process of entering into a contract agreement.

12. Discuss and possibly take action on invoice(s) for legal services from Jeff Moore,
Attorney, Brown & Hofineister, LLP and /or A.W. Clem, Legal Counsel, The Moore
Law Firm.
13. Convene into Executive Session:
a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and
deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
b) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or
deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body
has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have
locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and
with which the governmental body is conducting economic development
negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a
business prospect.
14. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in
Executive Session.
