Item 1 The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person.
Additional time may be granted.
Item 2 Approve the minutes for the December 2014 meeting.
Item 3 Review and approve Financial Statements from Westwood.
Item 4 Review and approve Financial Statements from Frost Bank.
Item 5 Approve Vance Woodard's retirement benefits. Benefits to start January 1, 2015.
Item 6 Review and discuss the 2013 TLFFRA Rate of Return Survey from John Cider.
Take action on any recommendations made by the board.
Item 7 Discuss and take action on findings that Firefighters Preston Jeffery and Heath
Sessums pension contributions were not deducted from their pay checks for
several months. The board needs to decide how these funds need to be recovered.
Item 8 Approve payment on any invoices due.
Item 9 Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters'
Relief and Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
