1. Call meeting to order Jill Drake at 4:20pm
2. Role taken by Cheri Bedford. Quorum established.
3. Citizens Forum: none noted.
4. Approval of minutes of November 18, 2014. Motion was made by Jerry Coyle seconded by
Nancy Waldnun motion carried.
5. Coordinator report: Cheri Bedford:
a. Holiday in Paris -- Christmas Activities are posted on the web site - Hot Chocolate sale
during the Parade. Parks and recreation bringing a reindeer.
b. January meeting will be the 13th
c. Rotary Presentation was a success they awarded the Main Street Restroom Project $10,000.

Grant (TDA) $5,000
Antique Fair $8,000
Ind Donations $1,500
Shop Small was a success -- the national advertising was a huge help
Jannette Morgan won the IPad
6. Committee Reports:
a. Organization Jill Drake -
1. Met for December 2 -goal to promote volunteetism and recognize the volunteers. Planning a
Recognition Event in February also creating an email list of volunteers.
2. Setting a date for Strategic Planning Meeting -would like to present plan to City Council at
January 26th meeting. We will meet after January 13th meeting to make our plan.
b. Design: No Report
c. Promotions: Missy Starnes -- Making plans for next Antique Fair
d. Economic Restructure: Jerry Coyle -- no report.
e. HPC: Beatrice Ardila--no report.
f. Chamber Report: Becky Semple -- Drawing December 13th will be at 6:00 pm for $5,000 and
at $7:OOpm for the $10,000.
7. Discussion on Fire events 2016: Next year plans to celebrate the remembrance and the recovery
8. Future agenda items: PEDC consider changing division of funds, Texas Treasure
Business Award and inviting City Manager, John Godwin to Planning meeting
Motion to adjourn at 4:52 pm., made by Glee Emitted, Second by Jerry Coyle. Motion carried.
