Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (January 5, 2015)
3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paris Church of Christ for
a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PD -a) which is a retail shopping
center in the Planned Development Zoning District to General Retail District (GR) on Lot
1, Block A, of the Paris Church of Christ Addition CB 296, being located at 3175 Lamar
Avenue.
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Mike and Stephanie Hall
for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to One - Family
Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) with a Specific Use Permit (39- Mobile Home) on Lot 1,
Block A, of the Hall Addition CB 154, being located at 1190 SW 19th Street.
5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paris Lakes Medical
Center, LLC for a change in zoning from Agricultural District (A) and a One - Family
Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development District (PD -h) which is a
combination of any of the developments listed in a to g in the Planned Development
Zoning District on A524 J Leach Survey, Tract 19, being located at 2675 SE 41St Street.
6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Winn Addition
222B, located at 130 N.E. 25th Street.
7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Winn Addition 222B,
located at 130 N.E. 25' Street.
8. Discussion regarding a draft ordinance prohibiting storage, mini— storage, and /or
warehousing of products and/or material in any buildings not related to the function,
service, and/or use of any buildings in the Central Area Zoning District (CA).
9. Adjournment.
