Dickerson, Matt Birch, Kevin Carruth, Todd Varner, Tim Moore
• Call meeting to order @ 3:07 pm.
• Roll Call - Kelly Newman, Melba Harris: Absent
• Motion by Priscilla to approve previous meeting's minutes

• Todd reported that we had only 4 incidents this quarter.
• Todd distributed a quarterly newsletter to all department heads' boxes regarding free
training for employees.
• Discussed door prizes for Employee Banquet
Priscilla will check different places for table clothes as well as call a travel agent
regarding door prizes.
Mr. Carruth will send a city -wide email regarding departments getting pictures to Todd
for the slide show.
Deadline for RSVP will be Friday, February 1, 2008.
Committee will meet February 5, 2008 to review monies since we will then know how
much will have to be spent on food, etc.
