Paris Visitors & Convention Council
Minutes of the Meeting
June 19, 2008
Present: Pete Ka;mpfer, Bobby Walters, Roy Gwinn, Tim Masters,
Gail Dority, Derald Bulls, Mire Patterson, Renee Harvey, Becky
Semple, Kevin Carruth, Connie Beard and Mindy Moree.
Chairman Bobby Walters called the meeting to order at 4:00 and
welcomed Connie Beard from The Paris News.
Mindy Moree gave the financial report for the month ending May 30,
2008. The financials were approved on. a motion by Gail Dority,
seconded by Derald Bulls.
Minutes from the last council meeting were approved on a motion
made by Renee Harvey seconded by Gail Dority,
New Business: 1. Pete Kampfer presented the 2008 -2009 Budgets for
the Visitors and Convention Council and the Love Civic Center. On a
motion made by herald Bulls seconded by Tim Masters, both
budgets were approved.
With no further business to come before the board the meeting was
adjourned at 4:45 PM.
