The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, January 6,
2014, was called to order at 5:3 O p. m. by Holland Harper, Chairman.
A. The following members were present: John Lee, James Price, Mike Folmar,
Holland Harper, Jerry Akers and Benny Plata
B. The following members were absent: Keith Flowers
C. Also present were Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and
Development; Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager; Sue Lancaster, Council Liaison;
and Ashley Fendley, Secretary for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (December 3, 2013)
Motion was made by Mike Folmar, seconded by John Lee to approve the meeting minutes
for December 3, 2013. Motion carried 6 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block A, Hall
Addition CB 154, located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West Washington Street.
Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by
John Lee, seconded by Mike Folmar to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City
Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
4. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block A, Hall Addition CB
154, located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West Washington Street.
Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by James
Price, seconded by John Lee to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, House Westside
Addition CB 329, located at 4015 Bonham Street.
Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by
John Lee, seconded by Benny Plata to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City
Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
6 Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, House Westside Addition
CB 329, located at 4015 Bonham Street.
Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by John Lee,
seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
7. Meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
