The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, December 7,
2009, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman.
A. The following members were present:
Curtis Fendley, Chairman
Bee Gan-non
Darin Manning
Richard Hunt
Benny Plata
Bill Harris
B. The following members were absent:
Keith Barnett
C. Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development; and Council
Member Rhonda Rogers were also present.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (December 7, 2009)
Motion was made by Bee Gannon, seconded by Benny Plata to approve the minutes for the
November 2, 2009 meeting. Motion carried 6 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Southwest LTC
Addition 313, being located in the 100 Block of 4;7h Street S. E.
Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Darin Manning to approve the Plat, subject
to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
4. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Southwest LTC Addition
313, being located in the 100 Block- of 47`h Street S.E.
Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded by Bee Gannon to approve the Plat, subject to
the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
S. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Nelm's CB 32
Addition, being number 1202 and 1224 Pine Bluff Street.
Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Darin Manning, to approve the Plat, subject
to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Nelm 's CB 32 Addition,
being number 1202 and 1224 Pine Bluff Street.
Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded by Bee Gannon, subject to the City
Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
7. Meeting adjourned at 5:37 p.m.
