1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, December 6,
2010, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman.
A. The following members were present:
Curtis Fendley, Chairman
Richard Hunt
James Price
Dennis Chalaire
Benny Plata
B. The following members were absent:
Keith Barnett
Bill Harris
C. Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development was also
present.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (October 4, 2010)
Motion was made by James Price, seconded by Dennis Chalaire to approve the minutes for
the October 4, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 5 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, McClendon
Addition CB -305, being number 2690 Campbell Street.
Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by James Price to approve the preliminary
plat. Motion carried 5 -0.
4. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, McClendon Addition
CB -305, being number 2690 Campbell Street.
Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Benny Plata to approve the final plat.
Motion carried 5 -0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
