Minutes
The Paris Public Library Advisory Board met at 4 p.m. in the Library Gallery, December
15, 2010. Chairman Bill Kennedy called the meeting to order. Those in attendance were
Library Director Priscilla McAnally and Board Members Hilda Mallory, Deborah Hatley,
and Linda Vandiver.
The November minutes were approved.
There was no new or old business.
The Director presented the budget and statistical reports. One -fourth of the budget has
been spent, which is right on target. Library visits were up but circulation was down
slightly.
Three applications were filled out for the open board position, including Pat Books, Fran
Neeley and Carl Lucas. Since both Fran and Carl live outside the city limits, it is
possible the council would not approve either of them. Pat Books is currently a library
volunteer and will be recommended.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
