1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Billy Copland, Chairman, at
S:1SAm.
A. The following members were present: Ray Ball, Billy Copeland, Dennis Ashby,
Jack Ashmore, Chris Fitzgerald and William Tolleson
B. The following members were absent: Phillip Payne
C. Also present was Shawn Napier, Airport Director; and Ashley Fendley, City Staff.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (November 21, 2013)
Motion was made by Jack Ashmore, seconded by Ray Ball to approve the meeting
minutes for November 21, 2013. Motion carried 5 -0.
Chris Fitzgerald arrived at 5:20 p.m.
3. Appoint three members to be on the joint sub - committee with Paris Economic
Development Corporation.
The Airport Advisory Board discussed and appointed Chris Fitzgerald, Jack Ashmore, and
William Tolleson.
4. Request for future agenda items. Report from the Sub - Committee and private hangar
lease agreement.
5. Meeting adjourned at S: p. m.
