Meeting Minutes
March 26, 2014
Opening:
The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:05 p.m.
Present:
Pat Books, Connie Dodd, Fran Neeley, Ann Norment, Linda Vandiver, and director Priscilla
McAnally were present. Absent were Connie Dodd, Carol James, and Alice Woodard.
I. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as presented.
II. New Business:
It was announced that Carol James was appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Judith Kimbrough.
A revision to the board's by -laws including the months of the start and end of
terms was approved.

A. Budget Report:
No unusual expenditures
B. Statistical Report:
Circulation was down by 6.6% and visits were down by 16.6%.
V. Friends of the Library
No report
VI. Director's Remarks:
Music streaming has been added to the Freegal Music service provided by the library.
Patrons will be able to stream music to their devices 24 hours a day.
The next meeting will be April 16.
