SUBJECT: WINN ADDITION CB 222B FINAL PLAT
DATE: February 3, 2015
BACKGROUND: Mr. Greg Winn owns Lot 20 of City Block 222B located at 130 NE 25th
Street. The property is currently zoned Commercial (C). He also owns the land and building at
120 NE 25th Street immediately south of the subject lot. The Planning & Zoning Commission
voted 7 -0 to approve the final plat at the February 2, 2015 meeting.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Mr. Winn plans on moving his current business that is next door onto this
lot. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. Curb
and gutter does not currently exist in front of the lot. Mr. Winn will install curb and gutter when
he constructs his driveway.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
