Stephen Grubbs called the meeting to order at 9:01a.m., and welcomed those present.
Confirmed a quorum was present.
Discuss and possibly take action on requesting copies of the preliminary reports form City
Attorney, Kent McIlyar, that were submitted to him by Defenbaugh & Associates June,
2014 then forwarded to the Attorney General for an opinion.
Stephen Grubbs stated that he would entertain a motion that the PEDC Board asks Kent McIlyar,
City Attorney, to provide the reports so the Board can review them, as well. They are the only
documents the Board has not reviewed.
Don Wilson made a motion to request that Kent McIlyar, City Attorney, turn over all
information and reports he received from Defenbaugh & Associates in May and June, 2014;
seconded by John Brockman. Motion Carried 4 -0.
David Turner made a motion to adjourn 9:01 a.m.; seconded by Don Wilson. Motion
Carried 4 -0.
