1. Call meeting to order Jill Drake 4:22 pm
2. Role taken. Quorum established.
3. Citizens Forum: none noted.
4. Approval of minutes of December 10, 2014. Motion was made Nancy Waldrum seconded
by Missy Starnes motion carried.
5. Jill Drake noted item #4 is the request for the Big Grant for repair of the roof at 123
Clarksville. The request is for roof repair. Lalanna West is present and was asked to present
her request. She explained she plans to use the building for a place for renting for parties,
showers, meetings, etc. She needs to remodel the entire building and hopes to be finished by
May. She has received 4 bids for the repair. The first item to be start by repairing the roof
for a bid of 42,000.00. The floor was opened for a motion. Nancy Waldrum to award a grant
of $5,000.00 with Missy Starnes seconding. Motion carried.

a. Organization Committee - Volunteer recognition to be planned this

c. Promotion-- First meeting in Cheri's office January 15th

e. HPC -- no report
7. Future agenda items: None due the Strategic Planning Committee Meeting directly after
this meeting
8. Motion to adjourn, made by Glee Emmite, Second by Nancy Waldrum. Motion carried. at
4:30 pm
