3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Don Howell for a change
in zoning from Neighborhood Service District (NS) to a Commercial District (C) on Lot
4A, City Block 354, located at 4100 S.E. Loop 286.
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paris Lakes Medical
Center, LLC for a change in zoning from Agricultural District (A) and a One - Family
Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Commercial District (C) on 40 acres in the A524 J
Leach Survey, being Part of Tract 1 and 4, located at 2675 SE 41St Street.
5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris Lakes Medical
Center LLC Addition 346, located at 2675 SE 41St Street.
6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris Lakes Medical
Center LLC Addition 346, located at 2675 SE 41St Street.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding the creation of a new use for a flea market and
considering appropriate zoning district(s).
Discussion and possible direction to the city staff regarding the mobile home /manufactured
home zoning ordinance.
