SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF ONE BOARD MEMBER TO THE BUILDING &
STANDARDS COMMISSION
DATE: March 13, 2015
BACKGROUND: City staff requested that this item be placed on the agenda.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Board Member Jon McFadden resigned from the Building & Standards
Commission on February 9, 2015, because he accepted a job out of the city. Mr. McFadden's
term does not expire until June 30, 2016. An application has been received from Matthew Allen
and is attached.
BUDGET: No impact to the budget
RECOMMENDATION: Appoint one member to the Building & Standards Commission to fill
the unexpired term of Jon McFadden.
