Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (August 4, 2014)
3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Cleta Hicks to grant a
variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -301 (2) which provides that the "minimum
lot depth in a Commercial District (C) be no less than 100 feet" this petition is to allow a
minimum lot depth of 90 feet, which is a 10 foot variance, on Lot 6, City Block 87, being
located at 817 West Campbell Street.
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Ola Mae Moore to grant a
variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -201 (1) which provides that the "minimum
lot width in a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) be no less than 60 feet" this
petition is to allow a minimum lot width of 50 feet, which is a 10 foot variance, on Lot 11,
City Block 175 -A, being located at 1107 Grove Street.
5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Beulah Fuller to grant a
variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -301 (1) which provides that the "minimum
lot depth in a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) be no less than 100 feet" this
petition is to allow a minimum lot depth of 90 feet, which is a 10 foot variance, on Lot 3 -A,
City Block 232, being located at 1360 West Campbell Street.
