SUBJECT: OFFUTT PROPERTIES, LLC ADDITION NO.2 CB 94 FINAL PLAT
DATE: April 7, 2015
BACKGROUND: Mr. Marx Offutt owns Lot 1 and I -A of City Block 94 located at 805 N.
Main Street. The property is currently zoned Commercial (C). A used car business currently
exists on the lot. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat by a vote of 6 -0
at its April 6th meeting.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Mr. Offutt is proposing to construct storage building on the west side of
the property. The final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
