SUBJECT: CLETA HICKS ADDITION CB 232 FINAL PLAT
DATE: April 7, 2015
BACKGROUND: Mrs. Cleta Hicks owns Lot 6 of City Block 87 located at 817 W. Campbell
Street. The property is currently zoned Commercial (C). A house currently exists on the lot.
Mrs. Hicks has a grant to build a new home from the City of Paris through the Home
Rehabilitation Assistance program that is part of the Texas Department of Health and
Community Affairs. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat by a vote of
6 -0 at its April 6th meeting.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The plan for Mrs. Hicks is to demolish the existing house and build a new
house. The final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
