SUBJECT: CHAPMAN ADDITION CB 227 -A FINAL PLAT
DATE: April 7, 2015
BACKGROUND: Mrs. Mary Chapman owns Lot 7 of City Block 227 -A located at 1846 E.
Booth Street. The property is currently zoned One - Family Dwelling (SF -2). A house currently
exists on the lot. Mrs. Chapman has a grant to build a new home from the City of Paris through
the Home Rehabilitation Assistance program that is part of the Texas Department of Health and
Community Affairs. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat by a vote of
6 -0 at its April 6th meeting.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The plan for Mrs. Chapman is to demolish the existing house and build a
new house. The final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
