SUBJECT: KAMMER 197 ADDITION FINAL PLAT
DATE: April 7, 2015
BACKGROUND: Mr. Ken Kammer owns Lot 20 of City Block 197 located at 1728 Maple
Street. The property is currently zoned One - Family Dwelling (SF -2). A house has been moved
onto the lot. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat by a vote of 6 -0 at its
April 6th meeting.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Mr. Kammer would like to connect services to the house. In order to do
so the lot must be platted. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
