1. Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (April 6, 2015)
Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Shabecka Wilson for a
change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to One - Family
Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) with a Specific Use Permit (39- Mobile Home) on Lot 22,
City Block 297, being located at 1836 Butler Lane.
4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Marx Offutt for a change
in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use
Permit (55 -Self Storage /Mini Warehouse) on Lot 1, City Block A, Offutt Properties, LLC
Addition No. 2 CB 94, located at 805 North Main Street.
5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of E. Martin Blake for a
change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Commercial District (C) with a
Specific Use Permit (55 -Self Storage /Mini Warehouse) on Lot 3C & 3D, City Block 281,
located at 1640 & 1650 Clement Road.
6. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Chris Methvin for a
change in zoning from a General Retail District (GR) to a Commercial District (C) on Lot
25 & 26, Block 281, Johnson Woods Est. located at 3015 Clarksville Street.
7. Discussion and possible direction to the city staff regarding the mobile home /manufactured
home zoning ordinance.
8. Discuss and provide direction to staff on changing zoning from Commercial to General
Retail on lots that front Lamar Ave. in the 3600 Block to the 4800 Block.
9. Adjournment.
