Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (March 31, 2015)
3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of SCS Graphics on behalf of
Orr Nissan to grant a variance of Section 28 -4 (b) (3) of the Sign Ordinance which provides
that "Detached signs shall not exceed thirty (30) feet in height above the highest adjacent
roadway surface." The applicant has proposed a 50 -foot tall sign. The maximum
allowed for the sign height is 30 feet. The applicant is asking for a 20 foot variance on the
height of the sign.
4. Adjournment.
