and take action on any recommendations made to the board.
Item 4 Review and approve Financial Statements from Frost Bank.
Item 5 Review and approve a letter of understanding for services provided by Malnory,
McNeal, & Co. for audit preparation.
Item 6 Approve to add the following personal to the fund: Caleb Michael
Item 7 Approve payment on any invoices due.
Item 8 Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters'
Relief and Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
