SUBJECT: MALONE VILLAGE CB 325 FINAL PLAT
DATE: June 2, 2015
BACKGROUND: Mr. & Mrs. Billy Don Malone, Jr. own Lot 1 of City Block 325 located in the
2900 Block of Campbell Street. The property is currently zoned One - Family Dwelling (SF -2).
The future land use map shows low density residential for this property and the surrounding
properties. Campbell Street is along the south property line and a 20 -foot alley Right -of -Way
(ROW) is on the east side of the lot. The Planning & Zoning Commission approved the final
plat by a vote of 6 -0 on June 1, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The Malone family is proposing to build a cabin on the property. They
are proposing to have a driveway extending from Colvin St. and the alley to the east. It appears
that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. The lost has utilities
along the Campbell Street frontage.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
