AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order — Stephen Grubbs, Chair
2. Citizens' Input
(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two
minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board
from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy,
or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or
employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.)
3. Discuss and possibly take action on continuing citizens' input item, above, for future agenda items.
4. Approval of minutes from the May 12, 2015 regular meeting and June 2, 2015 called meeting.
5. Approval of [May 2015] financials
6. To discuss and possibly take action on engaging a forensic auditor to investigate and resolve questions
pertaining to the operations of the PEDC.
7. Discuss and possibly take action on WorkKeys assessment in response to requests from area school
districts participation.
8. Discuss and possibly take action on invoice(s) for legal services from Jeff Moore, Attorney, Brown &
Hofineister, LLP and/or A.W. Clem, legal counsel, the Moore Law Firm.
9. Convene into Executive Session:
a) Pursuant of Section 551.072 of the Texas Governmental Code: to discuss and deliberate the
purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property
10. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session.
11. Adjourn
