4. Public hearing to consider the petition of the City of Paris for a change in zoning from a
Public Lands and Institution District (PLI) to Two - Family Dwelling District (217) with a
Specific Use Permit (9- Institutions of Religious or Philanthropic Nature) on Lot 9, City
Block 151, being located at 616 West Washington Street.
5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Farris 167 -A
Addition, located in the 400 Block of S.E. Loop 286.
6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Farris 167 -A Addition,
located in the 400 Block of S.E. Loop 286.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding the creation of a new use for tattoo parlor /shop
and body piercing shop and considering the appropriate zoning district(s).
8. Adjournment.
