1. Call meeting to order — Richard Manning, Chair
2. Citizens' Input
(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two
minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board
from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy,
or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or
employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.)
3. Discuss and possibly take action on City Attorney services.
4. Approval of minutes from June 9, 2015 regular meeting & June 291h Special Called Meeting.
5. Approval of [May 2015] and [June 20151 financials.
6. Discuss and possibly take action on proposed PEDC Budget Amendments for FY 2014 — 2015 and
proposed PEDC Budget for FY 2015 -2016
7. Discuss and possibly take action on hiring J. C. Darnell for PEDC data backups.
8. Discuss and possibly take action on converting to new website and approve payment to JazzyFrog Web
Design.
9. Review, Discuss and possibly take action on the Dawson Follow up Report.
10. Discuss and possibly take action on PEDC additional staff position/s.
11. Convene into Executive Session:
a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the
purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.
b) Pursuant to section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or deliberate: 1)
commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business
prospect that the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting
economic development negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive
to a business prospect.
12. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session.
13. Adjourn
